Production facilities

UCT is a founder of a crane plant located in the Perm Territory.

The total area of the enterprise's facilities is more than 5,000 m². The enterprise is located in the industrial zone of Perm, close to the transport junctions of federal importance, which positively affects the acceptance of components and shipment of finished products, saving time for suppliers, manufacturers and customers.

We produce main crane beams with a span of up to 34 meters (one-piece design). Longitudinal welds are made using automatic welding carriages, which ensures high-quality welding and excludes the human factor.

The fact that the most sought-after components of crane systems from PZPO and SWF Krantechnik (Germany) are always available from our warehouse ensures the manufacture of cranes within the shortest possible time. For example, standard single-girder cranes are manufactured within 10 working days.

Both advanced developments of the research center SWF Krantechnik and engineering design by UCT make it possible to produce cranes with lower metal consumption, which increases energy efficiency.
